  • What does REFRESH stand for?

  • What are the aims of the REFRESH project?

    The REFRESH project will ask community groups about the scientific topics that they are interested in. Then, we will organise events around these topics that bring community groups and researchers together so we can learn from each other about the environment, sustainibility and health

  • What communities will REFRESH be working with?

    Participation is open to all, but we are particularly interesed including pepople who are not usually involved in the scientific process. The project is designed for adults, but people in secondary school are also welcome to get inovled.

  • Why are we doing this project?

    The environment, sustainibility and health are all closely linked. If we want to live in a healhty habitable world, it is important that everyone in society can access reliable scientific information about these topics. Giving people the opportunity to meet researchers in person will allow us to build trust as well as learn from each other about the challanges involved in adopting behaviours that can benefit our enivornment, sustainibility and health.
